Weigh In Wednesday

I just got home from Jenny Craig and I lost .8 pounds this week.  I'm at 2.8 for the month of October and my goal is 5 pounds.  My plan this week is to choose healthier options during the softball tournament this weekend and eat my JC food the remainder of the week.  I'm going to push the water and once again shoot for exercising at least twice this week.

What are your goals for the week?

Yes, now get your pooper moving into the healthier options!! Next week could be an even bigger loss!

Like the five pound goal. I always say to myself ... if I could loose a pound a week (52 per year) and actually KEEP IT OFF ... I would be successful. So, it takes me over 2 years to get to my goat ... getting there and KEEPING it off ... would be a miracle !
