Happy Wednesday y'all! I'm in a good mood because I just stepped on the scale and showed a loss of 2.6 pounds for the week-woo hoo! I needed a big loss this week to jump start my waning motivation and because I am traveling to Ohio tomorrow and will be off Jenny Craig for the week. I plan to try and eat sensibly on this trip but expect a gain at next week's weigh in.

Great job! Just keep up the good work. Don't splurge, just because you're not at home. Follow the rules and maybe when you get back you could have another loss!!! (Or at least not a gain, right?!)
