Spring Chick Challenge Week 1 Goals

Week 1 Goals:

  • To stay on plan with Jenny Craig 21 meals as a kick start to the challenge
  • To drink at least 64 oz of water (Crystal Lite) a day
  • To take a calcium and fish oil supplement twice a day every day
  • To exercise using my Wii dance game at least 1 time to gauge how it will effect me (Fibromyalgia)
These goals are attainable and a good jumping off point for me with this challenge.

ood goals. Which Wii ame r u using...? I used Just dance 1, 2 & Summer. I also use Exerbeat... it has 3 types of dancing, boxing, karate, and yoga. Have a great week.

Great goals :)
I suffer from Fibromyalgia too and I understand the exercise thing. I have been trying to push myself and although some days the pain is intense, I do feel good.

I did Jenny Craig. My problem was I ate all the yummy stuff before I even got home.... Lol

Let us know what you think of the wii dance game. Sounds like fun. I should give it a try. My wii hasn't been used for quite some time.

I'd love to hear updates on how your dancing game is, both in general and for you specifically in relation to your fibromyalgia. I like you're goal related to supplements, I take fish oil as well. I'm starting with a b complex too as my nursing friends have suggested it for both more energy and clearer thinking. Can't wait for more updates from you, best wishes xx
