We did eat out last night and went to McAllister's Deli. If you have a McAllister's and like carrot cake then after the challenge you'll have to try it. It's to die for. So I indulged in a piece split by the hubby and may gain 10 pounds because of it!
My goals for the upcoming week are simple:
- Stay on plan by eating Jenny Craig meals the majority of the time
- If eating out make mindful food choices and eat healthy
- Take fish oil and calcium supplements (failed at this week 2 need to take them!)
- Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (major fail at this week 2 and I am really going to do it this week)
- Eat salads with lunch and dinner to help fill me up
- Dance at least twice to get in the habit of doing it (using my Wii Dance Workout DVD)
- No sweets-part of the SCC mini-challenge
- Visit the other blogs participating in the challenge and offer encouragement

I have found that splitting my vitamins and supplements into a weekly pill box has helped me so much in remembering to take them. Maybe an idea?!

We have a McAllisters but I haven't had their carrot cake. I can't do sugar because, once I do, I'm back on the path to gaining instead of losing. It's the one trigger I can't control so I avoid it completely. But I do love their vegetarian chili! Good job on the loss! The water part will come once you get in the habit.
